Your personally selected Circle of Care are the only people who can see your information. If a Circle of Care account is provided for you through an invitation from an organization, that entity can also see your information.  Please review the Privacy and Terms of Service tab on this account.

The Provider Portal is managed by the contracting entity.  They assign their staff specific rights to read and write to Circle of Care members based up the roles and permissions within their organization.  Provider contracts stipulate the penalties for HIPAA violations as constructed by the USA Office of Civil Rights.
