Have you gotten to the end of your day and think “what did I do today?” or “where did the time go?” Me too! The first step is awareness on how you are spending your time. Also, I recommend keeping an hourly diary of activities. Keep this up for one week. Be sure to include sleeping diary. The next step is to create a list of tasks and activities you want accomplish each day. Lastly, be sure to include all your activities of daily living.
